LA  GRANDE  BERGERIE

Virtually every village has at least one market. These range from very colorful with lots of stalls selling everything from cheese to cauliflowers, cod to clothes and carpets to cumin.   Other markets are restricted to local producers who bring their own produce.

Within ten miles (15 km) we have one restaurant with two Michelin stars and three with one star, not to mention innumerable other restaurants and cafes.  

As for wineries, there are three in Puyvert (really four - one has its vines in Puyvert, but the wimery is the other side of the road in Lourmarin!).

For those that want to pursue a more active holiday, there are quiet roads that are fine for cycling.  We do have bikes for guests, while those who need a little assistance can rent electric bikes in Bonnieux.

There are plenty of other activities for adults and children so there is no excuse to be bored.
